- Altered reported error when cancelling POS section of a maintenance if maintenance link was not found.

Issues Resolved
- If Module caching was turned on for the POS module it was possible to get an access violation when applying or cancelling a maintenance transaction.
- It was possible for a maintenance transaction to look like it had been successfully applied or cancelled even though it wasn't because a lookup list insert error was not displayed.
- A transaction that was fee waived allowed additional products to be ordered and paid for.
- A transaction that had been paid for allowed additional products to be ordered and a fee waived payment to be used.
- When cancelling an item it was possible that the item would not be cancelled but would have its status set to Complete.
